New beginnings and starting over are my thing.
When you find yourself lost and alone, not knowing how to find your place in unknown lands, I’ve got you. I know the unhinged feeling of needing to go out, not knowing if you can actually belong there, even if it is just for a short while. To be part of the society you live in, instead of an unusual island by yourself.
By now I can love it, I can see the flexibility and strength it gave me. Where I would retreat and hide before, I go outside, explore and find ways to connect with others now. It has made me more open and sociable. Going to a new place or a new country is something exciting, something I can even long for.

As life threw its challenges at me, it was always in art making that I found comfort.
Throughout the years I have experienced that working with art materials has helped me to come closer to myself. For a long time expressing my inner being in such way felt vulnerable, as my mind would fill itself with critique of how it was supposed to be. But after I graduated I learned to trust my instinct.
As an art therapist it is my number one priority to create a safe haven for you. A space where you give a deep sigh as you enter it, releasing all the tension that the outer world has placed on your shoulders. For feeling safe is the foundation of creating freely. Both on paper as in life.
Together we will look at your discomfort and what believes lie behind it, rebuild the trust in yourself and find ways to be your own anchor as you gradually increase your comfort zone.
Leaving words on the side for once can be liberating, as working with your hands can ease the mind and make you more aware of your body, bringing you closer to yourself. I am right by your side as we will build back your foundation and let you venture out in your new country with joy, ease and vigor.
Book a call now and give yourself the foundation you always needed.
